We specialize in handling cases involving appeals. Usually, our clients are those who seek legal representation in the appellate courts or at the Supreme Court level. If you lost your case at the first level courts such as the Metropolitan Trial Courts (MeTC), Municipal Trial Courts in Cities (MTCC), Municipal Trial Court (MTC), or Municipal Circuit Trial Courts (MCTC) or in certain cases, the Regional Trial Court (RTC), you may choose to elevate your case to the Court of Appeals (or the RTC in its appellate jurisdiction in such cases). This is where our work comes in.

ACCREDITED BY THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION

We are accredited by the Bureau of Immigration (BID) as a law office authorized to process visa applications. The law firm provides legal support to foreign nationals and employees, as well as international companies who need help with their visa applications, immigration cases, and other immigration-related matters.
